These Terms apply to all aerial alignments, Freesat/Sky dish provisioning, Dahua CCTV installations, TV wall mountings, and emergency call-outs undertaken by M&M Satellite. By commissioning an engineer, confirming an on-site visit, or agreeing to a quote, the client accepts these terms.
Free Quotes: Quotations given over the phone are provisional and validated upon on-site physical meter checks and structure inspections.
Hidden Complexities: Any concealed complications (e.g., crumbling brick chimneys, hidden wiring conduits, or cavity obstructions) requiring extra labour or specialist fixings will be clearly quoted before additional tasks start.
Payment: Full payment is due on the day of completion via cash, debit/credit card, or immediate BACS bank transfer.
Ownership of Goods: All installed hardware, dishes, brackets, cables, and cameras remain the legal property of M&M Satellite until the invoice has been settled in full.
Working at height on ladders and roof spaces requires safe conditions. In the event of torrential downpours, gale winds, ice, or lightning, we reserve the right to reschedule roof and exterior ladder works in the interest of health and safety. The customer is responsible for granting clear access to lofts and property boundaries.

We use professional electronic stud and pipe scanners prior to drilling. Customers are required to disclose any known non-standard plumbing, electrical conduit, or lightweight partition setups. M&M Satellite cannot be held liable if a client requests mounting onto walls against our express structural advice.
These Terms and any contractual disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
