For all Dahua CCTV setups, the customer remains the sole data controller and legal operator. Our technician assists only in initial network commissioning and mobile app handoff. Once handoff is complete and default credentials are replaced, M&M Satellite retains no remote access, backups, or viewing capabilities.
Contractual Execution: Booking your installation, carrying out same-day storm damage repairs, and honouring our 12-month workmanship guarantees.
Legitimate Interests: Managing parts inventory, scheduling follow-ups, and resolving warranty inquiries.
Statutory Tax Requirements: Retaining standard invoice documentation under UK law (HMRC 6-year retention standard).
